Window World has the best guarantee! They were so responsive in replacing a window that was accidentally shattered by a rock during yard work. The techs were friendly and professional replacing and cleaning up glass from the shattered window that had fallen to the ground. We discovered some spots between the glass panes of the bottom section of one of our11 windows installed last year. A call to the Macon office went smoothly with just reading off the number on the window. No measurements were needed as it was in the original order in their data base. In about 8 weeks I was notified the replacement had arrived and I scheduled a time for the technician to install it. When he arrived, the damaged unit was quickly removed and the new unit installed. I joked with the technician that it had taken him longer to drive to my house in Macon than it did for the installation. After which it was exactly like the whole window was when it was first installed in every way. We have been completely satisfied with Macon Window World in every way from sales, installation, and service.

i first went to the office and was greeted by everyone there, even the dog, such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. we made an appt. with Frank and he was great! He helped us to pick out the perfect doors and he measured twice, maybe 3 times to make sure that we had the perfect fit. it took a few weeks to have our doors made and delivered. when Nate and Williston arrived to put up the doors, everything was perfect. the doors and molding was nothing less than perfection. the guys worked continuously and precisely. They made sure everything was just right. a very thorough and proffessional job!. We had a question about a piece on the door and they promply came and checked it out ( nothing was wrong, it was just a packing piece, ha ha). i strongly recommend Window World of Macon. You will definetly be pleased! The best Quality doors and staff.

Frank, my sales person came out, was flexible, informative, honest, and straight forward. I had checked the usual big box hardware stores, but wasn't sold on my options. Frank sold me. I think it was a combination of his knowledge, southern hospitality, honesty, and patience dealing with me. I'm sold and can't wait for my new door to be installed.
